Can I use email to create a ticket?
Yes, you can email helpdesk for your issue. Please email the following email address to create your ticket: firstname.lastname@example.org. FOR Maintenance Requests - Please enter "Maintenance" in the subject for this type of request. FOR IT Requests - Please enter "IT" in the subject for this type of request.
I don't find my answer in the knowledge base, what should I do?
Did you try to search using different search terms? If yes, then you should create a new ticket (/mytickets/create).
